48 hours Return Window: You have a 48 hours window to initiate a return request, starting from the date the item is delivered to you.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and with all original tags attached.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase (your order number) is required for all returns.

3. Exchange Policy

7-Day Exchange Window: You must submit a complaint and request for an exchange within 48 hours of the item's delivery.

Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in unused and original condition, with all tags intact.

Process: We will facilitate the pickup of the product for exchange.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Customized Products: Please be aware that customized product orders are final and cannot be cancelled or returned after the payment has been made.
