What is the difference between 10mm and 13mm thickness? +

How do I choose the right size +

Do not go by your pant size. Measure your waist around your navel while bracing your core (as if you are about to lift).

How do I adjust the lever? +

1-Unscrew the backplate using a screwdriver or the provided Allen key. 2-Move the lever to the desired set of holes.3-Re-tighten the screws firmly (ensure there is no gap between the lever and the belt).
