What material are the sleeves made from?

They are crafted from premium, high-grade 7mm neoprene. This specific density is much stiffer and heavier than generic gym sleeves, providing maximum joint warmth, stability, and a powerful "rebound" effect out of the bottom of a heavy squat

How do I measure my leg to find the right size?

Keep your leg straight and your muscles completely relaxed.

Use a soft tape measure to measure the circumference directly around the center of your kneecap (the patella).
Note: You should also measure the thickest part of your calf. If your calf is more than 4cm larger than your knee joint, you may need to size up so the sleeve doesn't get stuck on your calf.

Will the sleeves "break in" and stretch out over time?

High-grade 7mm powerlifting sleeves are intentionally designed not to stretch out significantly. If they loosen up too much, they lose their compression and rebound benefits, which defeats their purpose. You shouldn't expect the sleeves to get drastically looser; instead, you will just get better and faster at the technique of putting them on!
